Edson is the kind of guy who everyone just adores. He is super easy-going, has a heart of gold, and loves to laugh. I mean, seriously, who else would be such a good sport about punching swirly designs on my sister&#8217;s wedding menus? =P<\/p>\n<p>So you can imagine how thrilled I was to hear that he proposed to my niece, Quyen &#8211; who I was very close to while growing up. In our Vietnamese culture, she is considered my niece [she is my cousin&#8217;s daughter]; however, in the American culture, I believe she is my second cousin. Quyen &#038; I have so many fond memories together: walking to the store together to pig out on snacks, munching on French Onion SunChips, playing Chinese jump rope, learning about &#8220;Italy&#8221; in the classroom, trying [and failing many times] to translate for her, bathtime, &#8220;say liquor!&#8221;, crawfish&#8230;the list goes on! I only wish Quyen &#038; Edson were closer! They are the cutest couple!<\/p>\n<p>Quyen &#038; Edson are from Seattle, and I am so excited to be capturing their wedding day! They are so loving and silly together. The couple met through a mutual friend at a party, and Edson was enamored from the start! Of course he would be, as Quyen is a total catch! Smart, beautiful, and super caring. I know they will be blessed with lots of goodness, because they love spreading it to others.<\/p>\n<p>We first headed out to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thelab.com\/\">the lab<\/a> in Costa Mesa for the awesome colorful decor for our session. Then it was off to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beachcalifornia.com\/corona-delmar-state-beach.html\">corona del mar<\/a> for some awesomeness at the beach. Lastly we stopped by <a href=\"http:\/\/disneyland.disney.go.com\/disneyland\/en_US\/moreMagic\/landing?name=DowntownDisneyLandingPage\">disneyland&#8217;s downtown disney district<\/a> for some fun in the store! <\/p>\n<p>I can&#8217;t begin to tell you all how happy I am to witness their marriage this summer.
